Refund Policies

1. Linksmind will provide either online or offline classes by the teachers within a maximum of 10 working days after receiving the payment. In case of default, all the amount paid will be refunded within 30 working days. Note: Mentor mapping charges of ₹1180/- (including GST) are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
2. If the student/parent, after availing the package, denies taking the services provided by Linksmind, the entire amount paid will be forfeited. No claim shall be entertained, and they cannot raise the matter before any forum of law.
3. Mentor mapping charges of ₹1180/- (including GST) are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
4. In case of teacher replacement, if Linksmind fails to appoint a new teacher (either online or offline) within 10 working days, the teacher wallet balance will be refunded. However, platform charges, management service charges, and mentor mapping charges remain non-refundable.
